Managing Director, Investment Banking

Responsibilities

Offer investment banking services to corporate clients and specialize in execution of M&A deals, capital rising and strategic advisory with focus on Mongolia and Central Asia;
Act as adviser to clients to raise capital for acquisitions and growth strategies, including equity and debt financing;
Seek and build potential deal pipelines among international and regional clients;
Source, structure and execute investment banking transactions, including conducting due diligence, preparing information memoranda, placement and offering documents;
Develop relationships with existing and potential clients in Mongolia and Central Asia, as well as in Asia, Europe and the Middle East;
Allocate team members on various projects and tasks, evaluate and assist in improving their performance.

Requirements

MBA or Master’s Degree in finance;
At least 5 years of investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience in a management role;
Advisory experience, particularly in the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and financial services industries;
Experience in frontier and emerging markets is an advantage;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Fluency in English, other languages an advantage.
