Manager, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

Oversee regular communication with investors and key constituencies (shareholders, regulators, financial analysts, business partners, clients and media);
Circulate information on corporate events, such as financial results’ announcements, completed transactions, key appointments, strategic initiatives and development, and other relevant events;
Coordinate the Company team to organize the annual shareholder meetings and extraordinary meetings;
Assist in organizing board meetings and preparation of relevant documents;
Coordinate the preparation of the Company annual report, corporate presentations and marketing materials;
Organize global investor road shows, investor visits in Mongolia and teleconferences with investors and financial analysts;
Manage active interaction with representatives of various media outlets (print, on-line, TV)

Requirements

MBA or Master’s Degree in finance or economics;
3 to 5 years experience in public relations or marketing;
General understanding of financial markets, especially investment banking industry;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Fluency in English, other languages an advantage.
