Position:    Director, Investment Banking  (Code: EC11 IBDI)

Responsibilities

• Lead Investment Banking team to provide cross-border M&A advisory, capital raising and other corporate finance services with a focus on Mongolia and Central Asia
• Seek and build potential deal pipelines among international and regional clients
• Source, structure and execute M&A and capital raising transactions, including conducting  due diligence, preparing information memoranda, placement and offering documents
• Develop relationships with existing and potential clients in Mongolia and Central Asia, as well as in Asia, Europe and the Middle East
• Allocate team members on various projects and tasks, evaluate and assist in improving their performance

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s Degree in finance
• At least 5 years of investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience in a management role
• Advisory experience, particularly in the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and financial services industries
• Experience in frontier and emerging markets is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, other languages an advantage
