Position:     Analyst, Research (Code: EC11 REAN CHI)
Industry:    Finance: Investment Banking
Location:    Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities

• Assist research team in preparing research reports on markets, industries and companies with operations in Mongolia and Central Asia
• Build expertise across industries including metals and mining, financial services and infrastructure
• Build financial and valuation models using quantitative and analytical techniques
• Attend management meetings, company and site visits and conduct interviews with government officials, industry players and experts

Requirements

• MBA or Master Degree in economics or finance;
• Strong Chinese (Mandarin) language verbal, written and communication skills;
• 2-3 years experience as a research analyst with an investment bank or advisory firm;
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills in economics, finance and investments;
• Relevant industry experience is a plus;
• Experience in emerging or frontier markets an advantage;
• Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills;
• Fluency in English
