Position:     Analyst, Investment Banking (Code: EC11 IBAN)

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and valuation models
• Conduct due diligence on client companies
• Support the preparation of memoranda and presentations related to M&A, capital raising and advisory transactions
• Build expertise in one industry, such as metals and mining, financial services or infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or economics
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in advisory or investment banking firm
• Experience in natural resources, infrastructure or financial services industries
• Experience in emerging or frontier markets an advantage
• Strong quantitative, writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, other languages an advantage
